Balsamico tra le Stelle: Haute Cuisine and Charity at Casa Giusti
Modena experienced an unforgettable night of flavor and philanthropy with Balsamico tra le Stelle, the exclusive event organized by Acetaia Giusti in collaboration with ItaliaSquisita. On July 7th, Casa Giusti transformed into a unique stage for Italian haute cuisine, enveloped in the aromas of aged Balsamic Vinegar, centuries-old barrels, and the beautiful outdoor spaces of the historic estate.
Over twenty Michelin-starred chefs, along with renowned pastry chefs, emerging talents, and master bakers, presented their creations from aperitif to dessert across multiple tasting sessions. Guests enjoyed a convivial and engaging atmosphere, connecting directly with culinary experts and discovering the stories, techniques, and secrets behind each dish. The evening was further enhanced by a selection of Modena’s finest wineries and contemporary mixology, offering a sensory journey through the best of Italian gastronomy.
The service was provided by students from IIS Spallanzani in Castelfranco Emilia, who, alongside the masters of gourmet cuisine, had the chance to refine their skills in a professional setting.
Proceeds from the event were donated to Amici per la Vita, a Modena-based organization supporting people with neurodegenerative diseases and their families for over 25 years. A significant portion of the funds was also allocated to Casa Giuly, the hospice for life in Fiorano Modenese.
Guests were invited to an immersive museum-like experience at Casa Giusti, exploring the museum rooms and tasting the celebrated Giusti Balsamic Vinegars, fully immersing themselves in the family’s history and tradition. Live music by the Italian Swing Trio enriched the evening, creating a harmonious blend of taste, history, and entertainment.
