Buonissima Torino 2025: Giusti Between Tradition and Contemporary Excellence
In 2025, Turin reaffirmed its status as a world reference for fine gastronomy. At Buonissima Torino, Giusti celebrated the culture of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena expressing its versatility beyond tradition.
In June, on the occasion of the The World's 50 Best Restaurants nominations, the city hosted a Summer Edition of the festival. Here, Balsamico Giusti engaged in a contemporary dialogue with the Piedmontese territory.
At the Vertical Dinner, the Giusti cocktail station, created with Azotea Torino, revealed an unexpected dimension of Balsamic Vinegar.
The following evening, on the iconic Pista 500 for Degustando Melting Pot, the Giusti 3 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar enhanced the “Cheddar Fish” by chef Alessandro Scardina of La Pista.

In October, Buonissima Torino unveiled a second chapter. During “A Taste of Alchemist”, an immersive dinner, Rasmus Munk selected Giusti 5 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar for the dessert “Pellegrino Artusi”, honoring Italian gastronomic heritage.

Amid baroque atmospheres and haute cuisine, Buonissima Torino 2025 proved to be a meaningful opportunity to build connections and reaffirm Giusti’s role as an ambassador of Aceto Balsamico di Modena within the contemporary culinary world.
