A fortified wine, aromatized with 19 botanicals and refined in the ancient barrels of the Giusti family. A project in which the aging of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena makes way for experimentation, offering a second life to casks of ancient and precious woods from the family aging rooms.

In doing so, Giusti ventures into the world of mixology, where the brand not only offers Vermouth but also the very same Balsamic Vinegars of Modena: the perfect touch to finish sophisticated cocktails.

This unusual and refined fusion of woody and sweet-and-sour aromas intrigued the Milanese company NIO Cocktails, launching an exclusive partnership that combines Acetaia Giusti’s heritage with mixologist Patrick Pistolesi’s style and ability.
