The concept of contamination emerged from the desire to repurpose disused Balsamic Vinegar barrels—small barrels that had housed and refined Giusti balsamic vinegar of Modena for decades, or even centuries. The wood, now infused with the essence of this precious black gold, becomes a valuable ingredient and a partner in the creation of unique products, capable of releasing balsamic aromas and intense scents.
This innovative approach, combined with the creative vision of Milanese master chocolatier Gianluca Fusto, gave rise to the Alchimia project: a fusion of raw materials resulting in a remarkable praline that captures the essence of our ageing rooms.
