The Giusti White Condiment originates from the soft pressing of white grapes, which yields a sweet must that is then blended with high-quality white wine vinegar and refined in large oak barrels.
This process preserves the grapes’ most delicate fruity and floral aromas. The result is a remarkably gentle condiment, marked by the pleasant balance between low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus.
