Located in the iconic food lover's paradise street, not far from the Duomo Cathedral, the "Via Spadari Boutique" is a space dedicated to Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. It presents the centuries-old history of Giusti and its products, surrounded by ancient barrels from our vinegar repository.
In the chic, spacious setting, the boutique creates an experiential tasting journey of the finest Giusti collections of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, accompanied by the centuries-long family history.
The Masterclass
A unique journey among aromatic centuries-old barrels to discover the secrets of the art of vinegar making. Visitors will be guided through an engaging tasting journey that begins with an explanation of the production method, continues with visual and olfactory analysis, and concludes with spoon tasting of the finest collections of Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The Masterclass lasts approximately one hour and is available daily from 11 AM to 6 PM, subject to availability and booking with at least 24 hours' notice.
