Cooked grape Must and Wine Vinegar
Giusti proposes the raw materials as two individual products.
The wine vinegar is aged in large oak barrels, where an intense flavour and woody notes are released.
The “Saba”, local name for cooked grape must, is a particularly sweet and viscous liquid appreciated
dating back to the ancient romans.
