Giusti “monolegni” is a horizontal tasting experience. Each flask contains an extraction of fine condiment based on Balsamic Vinegar specifically aged in selected wooden varieties.  Different woods release peculiar scents and flavours, creating a rich bouquet of aromas and a fascinating tasting experience. 

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 50% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains SULPHITES.

Each product has its own specific aromatic bouquet making the entire collection very versatile and perfect for different dishes: from raw vegetables to soft and aged cheese, from risotto to meat, dessert and fresh fruit

Aromatic bouquet characterized by the single wood cask where the product ages for years: from the unmistakable notes of vanilla of the oak, to the distinctly strong and unique aromas of the juniper and the sweetly spicy notes of the cherry wood

  • STORAGE: The product is stored at room temperature, even after opening.
  • EXPIRATION: Not perishable product.
  • DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This product is gluten-free and contains no animal ingredients. It is made with non-genetically modified raw materials and the only allergen it contains is sulfites.
