1 Silver Medal: rounded acidity and intense aromatic scents, is characterised by its versatility in cooking, ideal for combining both raw and cooked dishes.

2 Gold Medals: characterised by notes of ripe fruit, liquorice and black pepper, offering an excellent sweet-sour balance on the palate.

3 Gold Medals: sweet, delicate and enveloping, gives a tasty and original touch to every dish.

Each product has its own specific aromatic bouquet making the entire collection very versatile and perfect for different dishes: from raw vegetables to soft and aged cheese, from risotto to meat, dessert and fresh fruit.
