2 Gold Medals: characterised by notes of ripe fruit, liquorice and black pepper, offering an excellent sweet-sour balance on the palate.

3 Gold Medals: sweet, delicate and enveloping, it gives a tasty and original touch to every dish.

4 Gold Medals: syrupy and mildly peppery, with a great body and persistent honey notes.
