The classic cocktail reinterpreted from a sweet-and-sour perspective with Giusti Vermouth. This product is flavored by infusion and slowly refined in ancient family barrels.

With the addition of Giusti “IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena,” featuring a robust body and distinguished by an extraordinary complexity and a rich bouquet of aromas deriving from the ancient woods where it is long-refined, the result is an aromatic and enveloping cocktail.

It is suitable as an aperitif or after dinner.

Ingredients: Tanqueray gin (32.5%) / Giusti Vermouth (wine, sugar, alcohol, infusion of herbs, spices, and aromatic roots. Contains sulfites.) (32.5%) / Montenegro Select (17.5%) / "Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP" Giusti (grape must, wine vinegar. Contains sulfites. Acidity 6%.) (7.5%) / Water.

A round and robust flavor profile, featuring pleasantly bitter and herbal notes. The balsamic sweetness, along with the aromatic complexity of Giusti Vermouth and its 5 Gold Medals, mitigates the alcoholic intensity, resulting in an enjoyable persistence on the palate.
