The Balsamico is distinguished by notes of dried fruit and caramel, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

The pralines, smooth and velvety, enhance its aromatic richness.

The Colomba is a long leavened Easter cake filled with raisins and a Balsamic-cream, and covered in a dark chocolate layer.

Colomba: Wheat flour, sultanas 16%, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena filling cream 14% (sugar syrup, glucose syrup, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 23% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), modified corn starch, thickener: sodium alginate), butter (milk), fresh eggs, sugar, dark chocolate 6,5% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), milk, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 1,6% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, cooked grape must, flavourings, salt. Contain sulphites. May contain traces of nuts and soy.

Chocolates: Milk chocolate 40% (cocoa min. 31% - sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin and sunflower lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), dark chocolate 28% (cocoa min. 50% - cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), semi-skimmed milk, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 6% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), sugar, vanilla alcohol, invert sugar, dextrose, eggs, wheat flour,flavour. Ideal for starters such as bruschetta, savory cakes, flans or soufflés, canapés, and gourmet sandwiches;

Perfect for first courses like saffron or asparagus risotto, or fresh pasta with a creamy cheese sauce;

Great on soft cheeses such as caciotta or burrata, on caprese salad, or gourmet mixed salads;

Also excellent with white meat, roast beef, and scrambled eggs;

Finally, we recommend it with fresh fruit, in a fruit salad, or on fruit-based desserts.

COLOMBA:
STORAGE
: The product is stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations, even after opening. To best enjoy it, it is recommended to consume it after keeping it near a mild heat source for about an hour, to enhance its fragrance and genuine ingredients.
EXPIRATION: Consume the product within 7 months from the production date.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This product is made with non-genetically modified raw materials and contains the following allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, milk, nuts, mustard, sulfites.

STORAGE: The product is stored at room temperature, even after opening.
EXPIRATION: This product is exempt by law from the obligation to indicate an expiration date. It is not subject to spoilage, even after opening.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This product is gluten-free and contains no animal ingredients. It is made with non-genetically modified raw materials and the only allergen it contains is sulfites.

CHOCOLATES:
STORAGE: The product is stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature between 12°C-18°C. Maximum humidity 70%.
EXPIRATION: Consume the product within 12 months from the production date.
