A soft and sweet leavened cake with pleasant Balsamic scents. Our 3 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar is added to the dough, used to soak the raisins and added in the form of cream filling. Giusti Colomba is finally covered with a delicious dark chocolate coating.
