Giusti Boutiques: our idea of experiential shop
Our desire to share the family history and spread the Modenese artisan tradition and Balsamic culture are the cornerstones that guided the creation of Giusti Boutiques in Modena, Bologna and Milan.
In December 2019, the first Giusti small store opened in the heart of Modena’s city centre. It is not merely a point of sale, but a genuine experiential space where you can explore, experiment, taste and purchase Giusti Balsamic Vinegar. Recently subject of a sophisticated restyling, the Piazza Grande Boutique points its windows to the Duomo, UNESCO heritage site. Inside the shop, Giusti Collections are displayed amidst dark marble and golden tones.
In December 2021, the refined Milanese Boutique between Spadari and Hugo Street, opened its doors. The elegant shop in the Duomo area offers a sensory journey of discovery into the world of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. A central area, dedicated to tasting the finest Giusti products and to an educational path about Balsamic, allows customers to sample and explore the aromas and unique characteristics of Giusti products, all while surrounded by fragrant barrels from the family heritage.

In April 2022, along the bustling gourmet street of the chaotic city centre of Bologna, Giusti inaugurated the Orefici Street Boutique. This is an experiential space where warm colours and wooden shades welcome customers and take them in the world of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Thanks to a central island set up for tasting and explaining the Traditional Balsamic production method, customers have the chance to taste and experience the complexity of Balsamic Vinegars and their refinement.
