Giusti Balsamic conquers the Venice Film Festival

Acetaia Giusti stood out at the 82th Edition of the Venice International Film Festival as a proud representative of Modena’s excellence, alongside I Wonder Pictures.

From August 27 to September 6 2025, Giusti brought life to Casa I Wonder, the exclusive I Wonder Pictures venue hosted in a villa on the Lido of Venice. The rich aromas of Giusti Balsamics complemented the refined dishes crafted by chef Michele Casadei Massari for directors, actors, and international guests, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere.

To celebrate 420 years of passion and tradition, Giusti showcased one of its oldest casks, part of a historic 18th-century batch, allowing guests to taste the precious “Black Gold” of Modena directly from the barrel.

Among the distinguished guests, Annie Ernaux, Werner Herzog, Willem Dafoe, Greta Lee, Jude Law, and Zerocalcare savored the balsamic’s aromatic notes while immersing themselves in the rich heritage of Modena’s vinegar-making tradition.

Our CEO, Claudio Stefani, also took part in the panel “Casa I Wonder: A New Story Between Cinema, Territory and Flavors” at the Italian Pavilion, highlighting the value of Made in Italy as a symbol of the deep connection between food, hospitality, and storytelling.

Giusti’s fourth appearance at the Venice Film Festival proves how tradition, taste, and cinematic art can come together, turning Modena’s balsamic vinegar into a true ambassador of Italian excellence worldwide.
