The Sweet and Sour Pomegranate Condiment is characterized by its versatility and freshness; thanks to its pleasantly sour end, it is recommended used raw and as an ingredient in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.

Grape must, white vinegar and fresh pomegranate juice

  • Excellent with warm and gourmet salads, and raw and cooked vegetables like radicchio or cauliflower;
  • Great with white meat, fillets, and risotto;
  • Ideal in a fruit or seafood salad, or with shellfish;
  • We recommend it in Middle Eastern dishes based on aubergine, couscous, rice, hummus, or lentils;
  • Perfect in mixology, or for marinades or sauces.
