Alchimia is the result of the collaboration between Gianluca Fusto, a contemporary artisan patisserie, and Giusti. A new way to thinking chocolate. A great surprise for the palate and a completely new, intense, embracing taste, distinguished by a high aromatic complexity, able to recreate the olfactory sensations found in a barrel of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Three ingredients only: Millot chocolate 74% aged for about 4 months in barrels of our ancient ageing rooms, the Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 5 Gold Medals and time, needed so that ingredients can ripen, be transformed and come to a new life.
