Giusti and the historical Milanese pastry tradition have joined to create a twist of the unique Italian Christmas cake, the Panettone. The sweet-and-sour taste of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a perfect complement to the fragrant softness of the Panettone. Giusti 3 Gold Medals is added to the dough, used to soak the raisins, and finally added in the form of cream filling.

Wheat flour, sultanas 17%, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena filling cream 12% (sugar syrup, glucose syrup, Balsamic Vinegar Modena 23% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), modified corn starch, thickener: sodium alginate), butter (milk), fresh eggs, sugar,
fresh egg yolk, milk, natural yeast (wheat), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. 3% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cooked grape must, glucose syrup, flavourings, cocoa butter, salt. Contain sulphites.
May contain traces of nuts and soy

We recommend enjoying the Panettone slightly warmed to fully appreciate and release its aromas.

It pairs wonderfully with:

  • A spoonful of mascarpone cream, dark chocolate mousse, or a spiced red wine sauce.
  • A scoop of vanilla or cream ice cream, or a citrus sorbet.
  • Fresh sliced fruit (strawberries, oranges, or mixed berries).
  • Caramelized fruit (apple, pear, or figs) or a fruit coulis.
  • An alcoholic touch, with a drizzle of Giusti Vermouth or liquors such as rum and Marsala.

Soft and aromatic, with the sweet and sour hints typical of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

  • STORAGE: The product is stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations, even after opening. To best enjoy it, it is recommended to consume it after keeping it near a mild heat source for about an hour, to enhance its fragrance and genuine ingredients.
  • EXPIRATION: Consume the product within 8 months from the production date.
  • DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This product is made with non-genetically modified raw materials and contains the following allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, milk, nuts, mustard, sulfites.
